Further to our recent post regarding roadworks, we have now been informed by the Council that asphalting will be taking place in the vicinity of the Oasis between Thursday 27th August and Tuesday 1st September. The works are expected to take six days, dependant on the weather. Road access will be limited to one lane throughout the duration of the works. We suggest allowing a little extra time if you need to travel on this road. If you have any queries please contact the CKB on 9021 9600.
EDIT: The CKB have suggested that the fewer cars that use the road, the quicker the job will be completed. If you are able to take another route to school, it may be beneficial in the long run.
